Abbey Road is professional, timely, and provides great communication. After I filled out a request for service online, I received a call the next day, and I had an appointment set that day, too. The technician, Leif, arrived right on time and did a thorough inspection of my chimney/fireplace. He was knowledgeable (and educated me about the components of the chimney), and showed me pictures of the interior and exterior, explaining how each part worked. He even pointed out areas that had already been repaired by the previous home owners (something I didn't know). I had contacted Abbey Road after being quoted $4k to "fix" my chimney by another company (that company said I risked my house catching fire if I didn't get the repairs--scary). I asked Abbey Road to give me a second opinion on the status/need for repair. Good news: My chimney doesn't require any repairs, so I'm EXTRA grateful that Abbey Road is honest about what I need and don't need. They will always have my business.
